Joe Von Bokern

BIO: Joe Von Bokern hails from The People’s Republic of Boulder, CO, and is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado’s theatre performance program. During his time in the rectangle state, he was recognized with two Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship nominations for his work in CU shows, and appeared in several productions with Boulder Broadway Co. and Coal Creek Community Theater.

In 2007, Joe came to Chicago to pursue a career in performance, and has since appeared in a number of regional theatrical productions, including several original works. At the recommendation of his friends and roommates, he began studying long-form improvisation in 2009 and is a proud founding member of Hugs and Pullups, the midwest’s most face-melting improv comedy troupe. Emily Beuchat (New York, NY)

Why fix what ain't broken?

BIO: Emily Beuchat (NOT a married name), aka Scout, aka Schmidty, aka Emily Schmidt-BOOM-Shaka-Laka, is an actress, artist, writer, dancer, Pisces and vegan. Born in Youngstown, OH, she was raised in Boulder, CO where she received a BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Colorado at Boulder (2008), the Mabel Gaiser Borgmann Scholarship for Best Female Performer (2008-2009), three nominations for the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship for her work in various CU productions (Here I Am, Here I Stay; Herald in Marat/Sade; and L’il Bit in How I Learned to Drive), and worked for two seasons as an actor for the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (2008, 2009).

In August of 2009, and 97 degrees fahrenheit, Emily moved to the big, bad Apple. She is working full-time as an actress-looking-for-survival-jobs-and-submitting-resumes-for-theatre/screen-work, retail at an Urban Outfitters, as frequently as possible as a workstudy for Bikram Yoga NYC, and part-time/freelance PR for Theatre Communications Group/American Theatre Magazine. Currently, she can be seen dancing to music on any 6 or E trains at multiple times throughout the day or computing at various Starbucks and Whole Foods in Manhattan. In addition to performing, she enjoys reading, writing, drinking Soy Chai, flirting with baristas, practicing Bikram yoga/pilates/aerial acrobatics (NYCircusArts in LIC)/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, drawing, dreaming, and daydreaming (and following attractive Lennox Hill doctors home from work … what?)

BIO: Ben Whitehair hails from Colorado where he spent time as a homeschooling cowboy, a web designer, and an entrepreneur. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Theatre, Political and Leadership. His favorite colors are blue and green, his favorite number is 13, and his favorite ice cream mix-in is heath bar.

Ben moved to Los Angeles in February of 2009 to continue his acting career, and has starred in numerous short- and feature-length films, webseries, and the like. When he is rich and famous he plans to solve global hunger, buy a toilet made out of solid gold, and try to wrangle a date with Natalie Portman.
